#tovisualise
A learning plateau happens when learning appear to stops progressing. This phenomenon corresponds to a flat portion on the learning curve and can be explained by the principle of diminishing returns
This can sometimes be an okay plateau, a situation where no improvement is being made because people feel okay about their level.1
What to do with a learning plateau? Well, don’t give up and find ways to overcome them! One way to do it is through deliberate practice.
